Tamilnadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation Ltd(TAHDCO) is functioning for the main object of Socio-Economic Development for Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes those who are living below the poverty line.The following subsidy cum, Loan Assistance Schemes are being implemented in Ramanathapuram District.
Land Development Scheme:-
- The applicant should be in the age group of 18-65
- The Land should be registered in the name of applicant
Entrepreneur Development Scheme:-
- The annual Family income should not exceed Rs.1 Lakh.
- The applicant should be a SC.
- Age Group of 18-65 Years.
Self Employment Programme for Youth (SEPY) :-
- Age Group of 18-45 Years.
- Buyer of the Vehicle should have Driving License with Badge.
Establishment of Clinic, Optical Centers, Physiotherapy Center, Medical Laboratory Centers (SEPY-C):-
- The applicant should have prior experience in the Trade applied
- The Applicant should possess eligibility Certificate issued by Recognized Institutions
Revolving Fund Assistance to S.H.G. :-
- Hindu Adi Dravidar consisting of 12 to 20 members can form a group and take up any income generating activity.
- The Members of SHG and their family members should not have availed any subsidy so far from any other govt scheme.
Economic Assistance to Self-help Groups:-
- Hindu Adi Dravidar consisting of 12 to 20 members can form a group and take up any income generating activity.

Collector’s Discretionary Fund :-
- Self affidavit should be given by the applicant regarding his poverty Position.
- The maximum of Rs.20000/- per Beneficiary is given as subsidy.
Fast Track Power Supply:-
- Annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs.1.00 Lakh.
- Agricultural Land holders within 2.50 acres of wet land or 5.00 acres of dry Land.
- The Applicant should be registered in Electricity Board in the seniority list.
Above the all schemes the applicant should be submit the following documents and Appling only Through Online. Online Applications must be contained Community Certificate, Income Certificate, Family Card, Aadhaar Card, Photo, Tin No, Quotation and Project Report. The applicant should have Prior experience and Certificate in the trade applied.
